I am so happy for the baking recipes Jessica you were reading my mind I needed healthy sweets for the fall season😁 sweetness is my weakness 😁 these recipes are so nice and easy to follow perfect not to many steps as well. OMG!! I wrote it all down and a grocery store run for all the ingredients. Definitely need Tigernut flour since I have never heard of it. I can’t wait to try all three recipes! My teenage boys love fall baked goods and I want them to eat more fiber so Thrace will be perfect! I will let you know if they love them.

@@JessicaJSpiers Hi Jessica! Hope you had a great week I made the recipes and let me say my boys devoured them! I was asked to make them again which I am this weekend!! Now I know teenage boys will eat just about anything but my husband is picky and he actually liked them too particularly the donuts! Thank you for the recipes it makes me happy knowing I’m giving my family healthy and delicious food to enjoy! Keep them coming!

I love these baking videos!! Question: Is there a reason you never use a whisk when baking? I feel like it would make it so much easier and I’m just curious why you don’t. 🤔

Hi Kenzie! I prefer to use a wooden spoon when using gluten-free flour, I often find that if you over a whisk gluten-free flour it can make the texture very chewy. However, I will say, with cassava flour you can definitely use a whisk, but with brown rice often times I find that it almost makes it gummy. Hope that’s helpful, thanks for taking the time to watch the video!
