Jonathan, I am not trying to be ugly. I have a medical background, and I am concerned for you. You need to stop with the self diagnosis; make a physician appointment get blood work. There could be something going on with you. Nausea could be a symptom associated with chronic kidney disease, a nerve problem, etc. Could be caught early and treated. Take care 😊

Have you updated your carbon monoxide detector? CO poisoning starts with nausea, head ache. Especially if you’re getting the symptoms when you’re in the camper. Even low levels can be deadly. Change out your detector every couple of years. They lose the calibration and sensitivity. Even get a backup detector. Stay safe!

I would wake up being awful nausea… silent reflux. It’s acid reflux but with very slight symptoms. Also found out I had some food intolerances that were making me nauseous. Casein, which is a protein in dairy, was an intolerance making me nauseated. Also high fructose corn syrup made me sick. It’s hard to avoid these things but I felt so much better getting rid of them in my diet.

Regarding the nausea, try to understand if it can be related to your neck problem. The neck area is key because it is connected to the spine and all the main nerves and energetic points pass through there, it can perfectly cause nausea if something is inflamed, too tense, out of place, etc. A great way to help with it is to do dry ice (the bags are the usually blue ones you can see coaches use on boxers and etc). Just put some ice on it, cover with one or two hand towels and put it on your cervical spine area 🙏

Excellent video. When you mentioned your nausea issue, it made me think of my nausea issue I had in December lasting thru January. It was very annoying and concerning. After many tests my doctor performed, all turned out negative for any virus or bug. I had it about 8 weeks. I do eat more veggies now and more salmon. I also purchased some ginger chews. That helped a lot. I hope you’re over your problem. Keep up the great vids!
