It's ironic because JMJ's dad, Maurice Jarre, used the Roland D-50 extensively for his No Way Out (1987) score. I almost wonder if he had his son do the keyboard work. The main title track used the Digital Native Dance patch as well as Pizzagogo and probably other. Those ones definitely stood out to me.

First, the Enya composition (though known for that tourist trap “sail away” phrase) is titled “Orinoco Flow”. Second, this demo is making me try to imagine duplicating some of these sounds on my newly-purchased MKS70, which was a direct predecessor to the D50.

Excelente demostración del potencial del sintetizador: Rush, Jean-Michel Jarré, Vangelis, Paula Abdul, Sabrina, Spagna, Whitney Houston, Paul Simon, Enya, Faithless, ... entre otros.

D-50 Had some Lush sound's on it but i was very limited on this machine. This was more an add on to my D-20 where at the time i only had a Fostex 4 track Tape recorder worth $998 **HEK**Thank GOD for the Fantom G6.

Great job at disassembling these songs so precisely. I never saw anyone do it as good as you did. It must be a great feeling when you get to know what were they actually playing and you could create a great cover.
