Great succinct content. I have a history background; what's interesting to me is that the renaissance only starts because the "byzantine" Roman Constantinople falls. The Romans there were sitting on the classics and obviously didn't feel motivated to pursue humanism, this came about after they fled to Italy

Logical Positivism and Analytic Philosophy are far too short on here. How can you devote more Time to Exitentialism than Kripke, Quine or Carnap?
