Hey there,
In this video, I show how I made a sign for Emry. I started by staining a scrap piece of plywood. Then I traced her name onto the surface with carbon paper and finished the letters with Sharpies. I made the frame out of 2X3 lumber. With Emry's help, we torched the frame boards and then I wire brushed them to bring out the grain. The flowers were drawn onto a piece of 1/4" MDF and then cut out with a jig saw. The kids helped paint them with teal chalk paint. After spray painting and sanding the frame boards, they were cut to size and fixed to the sign.
Thanks so much for watching and I hope you like it. Please remember to like, share and subscribe.
Take care and stay safe,
JL
