Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Egg white - 1 pc.
Yeast - 6 grams (0.21 oz)
Flour 450 - 500 grams (15.87 oz)
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Butter - 100 grams (3.52 oz)
Chocolate - 100 grams (3.52 oz)
Additionally:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Bake at 200°C (392~°F) 10 minutes + 180°C (356~°F) 20 - 25 minutes
