Choose a 24-26 cm cake tin or a plate. I used a 21 cm rim.

8 egg yolks (at room temperature)
230 g sugar (1 cup)
1 pack vanilla sugar (30g)
Beat the yolks to a white fluffy mass.
Reduce the turnover to the lowest.
500 g heavy cream 36%

1 kg of minced cottage cheese from a bucket

2 sugar-free vanilla puddings (40g each)
8 egg whites
pinch of salt
Beat to a stiff foam
Gradually add whipped egg whites to the cheese mass
Pour the dough into the mold (I have a 21 cm rim, buttered and sprinkled with flour). I recommend a 24-26 cm springform pan or a 20x30 cm tin.
Put the cake in the preheated oven. Bake for 90 minutes, without convection, heater up and down at 130 degrees C, 2nd shelf from the bottom. Place a tray filled with hot water on the bottom of the oven. After baking, leave the cake in the oven for about 3 hours.
100 g of milk chocolate
50 g heavy cream 30-36%
50 g chopped, salted peanuts
