I like egg sushi, so I made it because I wanted to eat a lot.
I should have added more sugar and made it sweet, but I wasn't bold..
But my liver got better, so I ate it deliciously!
[Cooking recipe]
1. Add 5 eggs, 5T of milk, 3T of tzuyu, 1T of cooking wine, 1T of sugar, and 1/4T of salt, mix, and filter once through a sieve.
2. Mix 1.5 bowls of rice with sweet vinegar.
