Once again no one does the pre-match interviews like you -capturing the stories and history. Absolutely love the vlog and at this stage it’s hard to have any hope. I’m not a fan of sacking managers without giving them a chance but something is wrong here. We have some quality players - and you’re right, Chaz - Charlton are a few losses away from the relegation zone. Something has to be done.

Jeeeeesus - following us for the last few years is such hard work. It seems no matter who comes in in charge, the players don't seem to want to succeed - they seem happy to languish around in the third division (for us oldies). So many managers in that time and they can't all have been lemons. We need a George Graham in charge - didn't have Arsenal playing the most beautiful football back in the 90s but ensured they were rock solid at the back. We're the polar opposite.

I would take us looking terrible if it meant 3 points every week. Fancy football just doesn't work at Charlton, never has done and probably never will. Hard workers mixed with enough skill to get results, that's what we do best

Thanks Charlie. Great fan interviews. Didn’t realise the Brewers have southerner bandwagon fans😂 Interesting comments on Fraser. Hopefully we will have another Manager lined up soon. We need to get it done before we sink even lower down the table. Appleton doesn’t appear to have any character about himself which is probably feeding through the team. Don’t know who the answer is but unfortunately not the man in charge at the moment. Managers come and go but supporting Charlton will stay with me forever. We need that red red robin to start Bob bobbing along again

So many bad clubs in League One, including us, so I don’t think we’re getting relegated. If we ‘go on a run’ and win 2 games in a row we’ll be nearly 10 points up from the drop. It’s pathetic to be in this spot but I’m ok with getting kids experience from here on out. We need to develop players and we’re in table purgatory so why not use these matches productively.

You say that but equally, if we lose 2 more and the sides below get results, we will be in that zone. It should never be like this for Charlton in league 1 I understand your stance on youth but equally mate, that's what the loan window and u21s are for to develop youth, I want the youth to play who are ready to make an impact, can't afford to risk dropping more points imho

Apples is going nowhere, the board are giving him the signings he wants and are backing him. Plus who would replace him? Bowyer, no I don't think so, firstly, I don't think he'd come back and secondly he is currently managing internationally. No manager will want a 6 month contract knowing the moment they start losing or they actually do worse the fans will turn and they'll get the sack, rinse and repeat. I half expected to see a news article this morning saying he'd been sacked, we all can see the rubbish on display week in week out and his complete lack of being able to get a tune out of his players but if the board are backing him, which it appears they are then nothing changes.
