A Spanish butcher taught me this trick! I don't cook chicken any other way! 😋 🔝
It's so delicious that I cook it almost every day! Learned this trick from a Spanish family!
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
6 chicken legs
release the bone
Salt, black pepper
200 ml sunflower oil + 50 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard
1 egg
2-3 cloves of garlic
Excellent garlic mayonnaise
1.5-2 kg potatoes
1 onion
Salt, black pepper
~ half of the prepared mayonnaise
Add the potatoes to the pan and cover with foil
Bake at 200-220°C for approx. 20-30 minutes
Add the remaining mayonnaise to the prepared chicken thighs
black pepper, basil, oregano
smoked paprika
Mix well and cover with cling film
Let marinate while potatoes bake
Place the chicken on the potatoes and bake for another 30-40 minutes at around 185°C
1 cucumber
1/2 small shallot
some parsley
Salt, black pepper to taste
olive oil
Juicy chicken, soft potatoes... mmm... how delicious!
