A Spanish family taught me this trick. I don't cook meat any differently! 😋
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
I have pork loin
6 pork steaks
Salt, pepper, coriander, paprika
2 onions
2-3 spoons of soy sauce
some vegetable oil
Crush the onion with your hands
Top the meat with onions
Let marinate for 2-3 hours
~ 1kg potatoes
Salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika, dry parsley
some olive oil
Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 190-200°C (preferably with a fan oven)
some vegetable oil
Fry quickly over medium/high heat until golden brown.
Remove any excess browned bits from the pan with a paper towel.
Put the meat in a mold with pickled onions.
Cover with foil or lid
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190-200°C
Delicious, rosy, crispy potatoes are ready!
