I did not think I would get this video edited and posted this week! Mother's Day was always a hard time for me. Growing up without a mother and not being a good one myself made the day drudgery. I put so much into trying to be happy and thankful for my children but I couldn't be. I had so much anger and mental illness struggles that clouded my mind. I thank God for Jesus Missionary and Jesus for the help to love my children! Things Are Sufficient Through Our Lord And Savior Jesus Christ 🤎

Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients:
1 1/2 skin on chicken thighs
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp salt (or your preference)
1 tbsp garlic powder and onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil or neutral oil
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups spinach
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 yellow onion diced
1 8-12 oz jar of sundried tomatoes separated from oil.
2 cups fresh spinach
Directions
On medium-low heat sautee garlic and onions in oil until fragrant.
Add in heavy cream and chicken broth.
Reduce heat and let simmer.
Place chicken in the crockpot on low and season.
Use half a jar of sundried tomatoes approx. 1\4 cup sliced or 1 12-16 oz can fire roasted.
Pour in the sauce and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Once meat is cooked shred chicken and pour in cheese and let melt for 5-6 minutes. Put in spinach. Pour over pasta or rice. I like to do pasta but if you do not have it rice will do. Tip: You can brown the chicken before placing in the crockpot but it is up to you!
