Quick note! In the beginning, you can and should combine this method with one of the more traditional reality checks: do a little jump with the intention to float, attempt to press your pointer finger through the palm of your hand, or intend to breath through your nose while holding it shut with one hand. These are helpful techniques! What will eventually happen, however, is you will find that the Key of SOL becomes something that intuitively helps you to awaken in the Astral. This is especially so when practicing the other methods taught on this channel and others like it, as well as in gnostic books.

It really seems a very effective practice. I've had experienced astral projection using other reality check. Nowadays I think it was lucky of me to experience it because I would barely remember to practice the reality check during the day. This one I can see it's going to work more effectively, for sure I will try it. Amazing channel, video and content. Success!!

I usually become aware in a dream close to waking up and then I wake up in my bed whenever I try to focus my awareness :/

It's quite common to become conscious in a dream close to the physical body waking. We typically experience more lucidity in the Astral towards the final hours of a full night's rest. In this case, what is likely needed is more daily meditation, especially if you can deepen it. The latest video on the channel can help here. If combined with The Key of SOL, awareness will absolutely increase when outside of the physical body. 🙏

Any advice for someone that lucid dreams decently often, but I always never want to become fully awake at the fear of just waking up and exiting the dream. So I try to keter on the edge of fogginess with some wakefulness. Maybe just one or two times I tried to become fully aware/awake and just woke up instead, how could I turn that into an AP and not just wake up in the physical

The best advice I can give is based in personal experience. Practicing the Key of SOL is one aspect, but also practicing daily meditation to go along with it. These two practices will help a great deal. Ultimately, the best thing is to continue strengthening the awakening of our consciousness. Additionally, it might be good to meditate on fear and the Muladhara or Root chakra. There does seem to be an aspect of fear that may be blocking progress.

This will sound like I just made it up, but if you are on the verge of waking up in a lucid dream begin spinning around in a circle. It grounds you back into the dream. It works.

Can I please ask for some advice I was in an extreme vibration stage all over my body but I felt vertical vibrations going up and down on my forehead from crown to third eye was particularly strong I was unable to move I was seeing a bright pink swirling intensely and heard echoing what I thought I was speaking with my son then But then I wasn’t I then had a thought that this is going to make me insane it seemed like it was going on for ages and I purposely broke free and brought myself back to reality up how do I get past this or how do I surrender was I felt like I was close how do I exit when this happens thank you for your advice would be greatly appreciated xxx I induced this I was feeling tired I focused on the inner frequency I was hearing and then this is what happened thanks x

In my experience, what's commonly known as the vibrational stage is related to the friction created by our egos, or our unconsciously manifested emotions like fear, for example. Pink light is a healing light, so my intuition tells me this was likely something meant to help. That thought you had during the experience might be related to the Guardian of the Threshold: glorian.org/books/the-major-mysteries/the-guardian-of-the-threshold This Guardian is a test to see if we're ready to begin having more Astral experiences, as they can be beautiful but also, if we're not prepared, shocking as well. So, my advice would be to deepen your meditation practice if you have yet to do so. Work to sit, back upright, for a little longer each day. If this is difficult because of a busy life, instead make a deeper effort to use the random reminder app I mentioned in the video. When the reminder goes off, slow down, relax any tension you feel in the body, take a deep breath, and really be present in that moment for as long as you can. If you're able, maybe even do a little quick meditation and reality check. Any deepening of your meditation practice will help with the Guardian of the Threshold. By cultivating more presence through willpower, we can triumph over such an obstacle. 🙏🌟

@@spiritualwarriorexperience thank you so much for your insight and I’m truly grateful for the advice I will do both I do meditate daily but I always use meditation on you tube today I was called just to sit and quite my mind focus on breathing and just listening to my own frequency it’s a high pitch like sound and I always see green and purple lights floating around it’s very calming sometime these turn to images but often just lovely patterns of colour swirling around each other. Should I stick to just meditation alone or should I use guided meditation? If I want to discover more of the I as mentioned in the text you kindly sent me should I ask the question with intention at the beginning of meditation or do I just let it reveal its self naturally. I’m truly grateful thank you 🙏🏻 🌈💫 x

Guided meditations are helpful for learning a new technique or type of meditation, but it's good to start doing them on our own, certainly. We shoudl always listen to our own intuition over all else, as that is the silent voice of our Innermost Being. 🙏

Best to ask them and then bring awareness to rhe body, object, and location. That way, you'll eventually find yourself doing it in the Astral and it will help you awaken there.
