French Rolls Recipe:
300g white wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt (7 g).
1/2 teaspoon sugar (3 g).
200 ml warm water.
10g yeast.
Add 20g softened butter.
Cover and let stand on the counter for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Roll the dough into a ball!
