I can still remember about these boxy looking Cherokees. These have been also pretty popular here in Germany. Back when I was in my early 20s I was even thinking about getting one. Nowadays I am also limited to these scaled ones, lol. Also found this green one a few months ago - or maybe it was the red one, don't remember, haha. The treasure hunt version is amazing. I hoped to find it but no luck. I also got the Cadillac Seville a few months agao - pretty cool model. Not my favorit rear end of the Seville but definately cool also in this color variation. There's a silver one coming out very soon.

I think the boxy shape is a clean simple design with the right proportions. Over the lifetime of this Jeep Cherokee generation they made subtle design changes to keep it looking fresh, imo. I believe 12 years for this gen and I would still like to get one. They came with a 4.1L inline 6, which are good engines. Old Chevy straight sixes are great engines, had a 2dr '72 Nova with a 250 c.i.(4.1L). Bought it in '81 with 63000 miles on it and ran beautiful, wish I still had it!! I actually love the hump back design on the Seville. It is a new styling interpretation of a '30s-'40s Rolls-Royce, Chrysler also came out with a similar design in response. Thanks for the comment my friend, enjoy your weekend!!👊🏻✌🏻🇨🇦
