Present mainly in the Western Cape region known for its vineyards, Cape Dutch architecture has a very particular history and is the still visible trace of the Dutch occupation in Africa.
Its particularity lies in its main facade flanked by an imposing gable with various finishes, but also in its white color and its thatched roof.
Even today it is a style from which many architects draw inspiration literally or lato sensu to construct all types of buildings.
It was to discover this architectural style that we set off on the roads of the vineyards and farms of South Africa.
WHO ARE WE ?
We are both architects and, unsurprisingly, passionate about architecture. But it is not the only passion that binds us because since we met, we have taken advantage of every opportunity to discover new countries.
For us, architecture and travel are above all emotions. It is these emotions that we put at the center of our stories and our creations.
