2 tablespoons of milk
Preparation;
1. Let's knead the dough by taking all the ingredients into the kneading bowl.
2. Add the flour slowly until you get a soft dough.
3. Let's leave the dough to ferment for 1 hour.
4.For the filling, let's mix half a tea glass of oil and 7 tablespoons of flour.
5. Let's make balls by tearing off pieces of dough and rolling them in our palms.
6. Let's open the meringues we prepared a little with our hands.
7. Let's put 1 teaspoon of the stuffing we prepared in the middle.
8. Let's join the ends of the dough and roll it.
9. Let's place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
10. Leave it for 10 minutes to rise.
11.Then let's press on the ketes with our fingertips.
12. Mix egg yolk and milk and spread on top.
13. Let's bake it in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
14.In this way we obtained 14 ketes.
