Nice work, I've been looking at making my own too, thanks for some ideas. I have a rhino rear loader that is a pain. Miss the old roof rack.

Me and my old man made them mate, I don't have any drawings or dimensions it was all done to fit my car and boat, sorry.

Legend. I’ve been sketching up some ideas and was similar but you have helped see what I need to do when loading/unloading. I’m going to use a frame that sits on my roof rack and have some gas struts so I can load some boat stuff on my rack and miss the boat seats. Hopefully I can get a hinge that will work well.

I never got the chance to use it off road, we sold the car and went a different way with our setup. But I was going to use glad wrap to seal intakes and get a canvas bag to cover over it all if that helps.

yeah made them myself mate and added in more struts to bolt them to on the rack itself too.

Thanks Jenny, there are a few people that already sell them, this was just my version of it and done heaps cheaper. glad you enjoyed the Video
