So, my family owned and occupied the "Neimeyer" house from 1953 until I sold it in 2017. The longest one family had owned the house, which was failed to be recognized by the Longwood historic society. Also, the current owner Jeremy is not a member of the historic society as of the last time we spoke. He did however work for the city of Longwood. But, has moved on to better things. As a child, I had full run of every building in this video. I will always have this area of Longwood in my heart.

Ah good to know. I got most of the info from their website. Must have been amazing to live in such a historic house.

Great video! I live in Longwood and knew some of the history of the buildings but not all. And your photography is great!

Have you ever considered putting together a ghost tour of Longwood? It could be a great weekend activity, assuming there is ghost lore that can be found.

Actually, there have been some discussions about this. You'll find it here when it happens.

I believe there is a ghost tour being made as of recently with a local magician.

As someone who grew up there it's so nice to see the town and learn about the history there. Very nice. Thank you 😊
