I have to say after watching the laundry mat ones, I no longer would want to run a laundry mat lol . Too much up front money like buying all the appliances and then roughing in all the plumbing it’s a nightmare cost unless you buy one that’s failing and revive it that’s a play for sure but finding that deal is slim and thin. I’ve heard laundry mat business is one of the most successful ones so I’m sure you can be a moron and make it work but has to be good location and in my opinion from what I’ve learned it has to be one that’s failing and you buy it out. The one guy said 250k - 400k just to convert a building for laundry . And when I saw the service room it made me puke. I think the best one is storage lockers that are self serve so you need minimal to no staff, and have it where it runs on solar panels . And only allow people in and out during day light hours . I think that’s the best business model but even then you have to buy or lease the land and should be decent location very close to a town or city , and then you’re building the units but at least you don’t need any services like electrical or plumbing or gas . Just solar panels and a box . I’ll get there that’s my dream
@UpFlip

Hope you make that dream a reality! Keep going! 🔥

I don't care where the laundromat is it will be successful if I own it. I don't buy laundromats, as I find that opportunity and take it. You have to know how to go about it. I own 10 laundromats and only built 2 from scratch. It's creativity in knowing how to work the system and you won't need much upfront cost.

@JacobsNews They bought my brother and I Brass Eagle Talons in '98 when they first got exposed to the market - $30ish if memory serves me right. After that point it was all Ben & Me. When I say reselling equipment - We started off taking consignment off friends and selling it on ebay for them since no one knew how to do that at the time. After a while we figured out how to buy wholesale equipment from NPS from the money we had made off the consignment equipment. As I said in the video, our parents didn't have any money to sponsor us playing paintball, so we had to figure out how to do it ourselves. I could break it down in even more detail, but what's the point? You already discounted my story.

Artwork: Don't put the original up to cover the whole wall... put a mural-copy... with a little extra pay to the artist if required (I don't know the copywrite laws... if you own the rights when you buy the original painting).
