Loved this video, so interesting to see some of the different tasks a trainee can do in a typical week! I can relate to finishing work for the day and immediately cuddling your pet rabbits haha

First of all good luck and wish you all the best! and secondly, I noticed you had lectures online instead of in-person, does this apply to every phd course or does it vary depending on the university? Planning on doing the same in the future 😊

Thanks so much! So at the moment, we are having teaching online, but last term we had more in person. It’s to do with covid rules and finding a space big enough for us all that we can socially distance!

Do you think Alevel/GCSE results matter when it comes to getting onto the doctorate?

Some courses will score points for A-levels when shortlisting and some won’t. GCSEs don’t usually matter as you only input A-Levels on the application form. Clearing House has some of that information :)
