Ingredients:
Raw Mango : 4 kg
Step 1:
Turmeric: 3 table spoon
Salt : 2 table spoon
Step 2:
Roughly grinded Mustard Seeds (Rai Daana): 2 table spoon
roughly grinded Fennel seeds (Sounf): 2 table spoon
Roughly grinded zeera: 1 teaspoon
Roughly grinded fenugreek seeds (methi Daana): 1 table spoon
Roughly grinded Coriander seeds (Daniya): 2 table spoon
1 table spoon Turmeric powder
4 table spoon red chili powder
5 gm tamarind soaked in 1 cup of water
mustard oil: 2 cups
2 table spoon chopped garlic
Note:
1: This pickle needs no refrigeration-can be used for months or years.
2: Store in dry place
3: use always dry spoon and cover the lid tightly after every use
