I was so happy that Robert was in the first scene!!! I really like his new hair cut, he is such a changed man and I'm liking the fact that Chas has started to like Robert.

So many things to love about this opening scene - Robert giving Aaron space, him being gutted that he didn't know the plea hearing was coming up, Chas calling him "Rob" and jokingly asking him if he was still interested in buying the pub, and of course, Robert looking sexy in a suit and blue shirt - doesn't get better than that!

I love Robert and I cannot stand Andy. Andy is so self righteous with his good guy act he can be mean and nasty. Just thrilled Robert is finally getting divorced from that cow Crissie. I just hope the writers keep her and Lawrence far away from Robert.

Chas calling Robert just "Rob". She is finally warming to him? And damn he looks really dapper in that suit!

OMG. Robert's not even divorced yet but his wife is already making googoo eyes at his brother!!!! And I would rather hear Aaron and not Chas calling him Rob, or even Robbie.

Does England ever get cold these scenes were probably filmed in January how can Robert only wear a jacket outside?

+JordanjamesX I have seen some BTS photos where they have thick jackets on stand by every time they say cut, so it's probably a lot colder than they're trying to make it seem. Poor actors must be freezing half the time.

Right-on, Andy! Tell it like it is. Morally, Robert deserves next to zero from the marriage because he, with premeditation, was unfaithful and untrustworthy. Legally, because marriage is a contract, he should get whatever the laws allow in a mutually agreed divorce, if it is a no-fault process. Obviously, if fault is a determinant in the settlement, then Robert should walk away with next to nothing. True, the business prospered under his leadership. Thus, that could be a separate legal action he may have to undertake through litigation against Home Farms..

I'd like Andy more if he wasn't such a self-righteous hypocrite. That's what bugs me most about the character. Robert's no saint but neither is he. Neither is Chrissie. Putting the two of them together...ugh. Maybe Robert doesn't deserve as much as he may want for simply marrying Chrissie and putting up with her family (as he sees it) but he worked his way up through the ranks before they got together and he proved his worth even while the marriage was crumbling. He might have been morally corrupt but when it came to the business side of things, he delivered and that counts for something. Months ago both his solicitor and Lawrence's said that the contracts were iron-clad, which is why they tried to pay him off. I don't see how that's changed suddenly, regardless of what Chrissie may want. The documents remain the same.
