Talk about a bad time in my lifetime because of the unsureness of playing again. Just the worst time to tear it. By FAR, the worst injury I’ve ever experienced. Broke bones, tore ACL, MCL, shoulder injuries, etc. But that Achilles injury is easily the absolute worst injury of em all. The worst part of it was the physical therapy part. Talk about extreme pain and sweating. Stretching the tendon to break scar tissue was the most painful. Just thinking about makes me sweat. Gosh that sucked so much😬😬😣😖😫😩

I was excited to see him play outside of the NFC North for once. Felt bad for him fr but Goff kept up the tradition of a Cal QB owning the north

So almost a really fast comeback. Except it didn't happen and now it's a regular Achilles comeback timeline like everybody else. Hmm....

I ruptured mine late october 2023. Worst paint I've ever felt but went away almost entirely within a week after. Had Surgury not until the day before Thanksgiving. 3 days of oain meds every 6 hours but stopped cometely after that. Zero pain. Followed doctors orders to a T and now almost walking normally.

I'm terrified of tearing mine. Direct male relatives have torn theirs. One time multiples same leg. Never had a lower body injury, but to lose cardio/sports may kill me. You'd story gives a little hope

I did something to mine a couple years ago. Now if I'm on my feet all day it aches and is really tender to touch. Do alot of long hard miles cycling tho and that doesn't seem to irritate it. Feels like it could rupture sometimes tho. I dread the day .

You’re not supposed to wait that long when you rupture a tendon. The tendon can deteriorate. I tore mine in April and had surgery within a week and a half. The surgery felt like I got bit by a shark. I didn’t sleep for 2 days after surgery. Tore it in April and played summer baseball in August.

I'm a Cowboys DIE HARD from the 70's, so Aaron has been a curse to my team, but otherwise I am a HUGE Aaron Rogers fan, I think he may be the best pure quarterback to even have played the game... I'd take him today over Prescott all day, any day, even at 40... LOVE THAT GUY!!! God Bless you Mr. Rogers!!!

As a physical therapist I can attest that getting a single leg heel raise is really difficult. Will be interesting to use this to give examples to my own patients. If an elite athlete with all the resources has trouble, most people will

I tore mine 1.5 years ago and I'm going to start playing sports again. The amount of different types of rehab access these pro players have is astounding. Insurance companies for normal guys like myself don't care if you can't be your old self again. They stop denying coverage pretty soon after 2-3 months.
