- As any large business, AB Inbev is quite serious about making sure all their people fit well into its culture and have the required behaviors to do a good job. As I said before, most of their hiring is through trainee programs - which means they will most likely take their time to test one’s aptitudes for as long as they see necessary.
To give an example, when you’re a graduate you’re assumed to have time dedicated for these interviews so they are likely to send you some online passive assessments such as the one way video interview in which you basically have to talk to a machine. It’s not fair, I know but you should factor in the fact that it’s you the one looking for a job here.
Also, another way they ensure they hire only the right people is they structure their interviews into many steps - up to 7 as far as I know.
Each of these steps will be targeted at screening you for something:
Your personality in order to assess your culture fit overall. One thing you should keep in mind here is this type of assessment is not a disqualifier, except if you’re flagged as trying to impress.
