Being organized is the key for a more efficient workflow. I am applying your Naming Convection method and channels/groups organization to my newest project, in my next project I;ll stay organized since the very beginning. Thank you so much, this is valuable info.

bro. HOW DO YOU EXPORT TRACKS WITHIN THE GROUP WITH THE PLUGINS ON THE GROUP BAKED IN TO EACH TRACK?
@MattFlanc

That’s a good question, I actually don’t know that of the top of my head! Would have to google that myself

@@MattFlanc Thats not possible, sadly. You need to solo the track and export the master to do that. Make sure you give your mixer screengrabs of the session and plugins if you dont opt to bake the processing into the track so they can try to recreate it. I have a video on my channel all about stems that is similar to this one but with a few extras. I would defo add that this guys idea about numbering the tracks and using capitals for groups is excellent and I wish i had used this in my video. RESPECT!

@@jamesrandmusic Oh…I think I found the only alternative in order to go over this problem…My intention wasn’t exporting the whole group directly…that’s because I have to mix some stuffs inside…like panning, isolated-track eq and so on….but at the same time every tracks singularly exported didn’t have the group effects and volume… So, If you’re telling that exporting the master playing in solo every single track under the group is the only solution I’ll take time to do it. Just a question though: Do sidechain effects still work even if in solo? I don’t have tried yet… But I’m worried that the solo track doesn’t receive any “sidechain inputs” in order to drag the volume down properly… Any solution?

@@thenickisonfire From my experience, you wouldn't necessarily SOLO them, but rather have it be the only track that's ON. Sidechained channels will trigger side-chained effects even if they are off. Hope this helps.
