I've been learning about dropshipping since Dec 2019 and haven't started yet. Everytime it's just that i will watch videos and be done..... I really lack that motivation.... I fear because i dont have that much money. I feel depressed now...because I have so much knowledge compared to others...yet i have not started.

Yeah, the same buddy, have been learning from many different sources since Dec '19, but haven't started yet only because still not having a job, but once I get the money, I will start right away, because I am so determined and focused, really want to succeed and to persist. No lack of motivation at all...not one reason for lack of motivation. I want a better life, flexible schedule, and unlimited potential for growth...that alone gives me big motivation and pumps me up so bad. You must see the bigger picture and why do you want to start a business. Your reasons must be strong.

If you haven't started then you don't have that much knowledge compared to others. The most important lessons learned are along the way, steering in new directions after taking in data etc. Get a store up and running with the focus of making your first sale. If you've been studying it for this long then you most likely have the ability to at least make a single sale. After that sales become your motivation. Cut out unproductive distractions in your life.

I’m in the same situation except I did get started that same year too. I took the leap of faith then, despite my lack of knowledge with fb ads and marketing and sad to say, it was a disaster! Lol! I lost the few money I couldn’t afford to loose honestly, because I didn’t have a job. I used my savings to spend then. And although I lost money, I did realize the things and area I had to learn more on. So I made the decision to stop and learn first! So fast forward to now 2020, and I think i’ve learned enough (after taking 3 shorts courses later: entrepreneurship essentials, digital marketing and facebook ads). Now I think I stand a chance to do better? But at the same time, i’ve become fearful from my past experience with dropshipping. And also, i’m scared to loose money again. ☹️ It’s so ironic, when I lacked the knowledge, I had the balls to take a leap of faith at dropshipping, but now that i’m more knowledgeable, i’m fearful. Help me! What should I do?! 😢

I have quit for the second time, I made about $5500 from jan to July, but have lost much money on Facebook ads ads and pinterest. I got so tired of it. Basically it was time to end the pain, if you don't have the winning product its not worth it. Don't get married to a product, even if it feels right.

Thank you Jessica -- just what I need today. Like literally. The sign cannot be anymore clearly. Been hitting so many roadbumps the past 3 weeks since I started this ecom journey. Mainly with FB ad account and their no-reason cited for banning my account. BTW, mindset training is so crucial to success of an entrepreneur, so this is essential stuff :) Keep rocking. 1. The Two Minute Rule (Start something for 2 mins and you'll have the momentum) 2. Create a distractions List (If you remember something less important to do, just write it down and do it later) 3. Put your phone on silent 4. Accept you might be on day 2 (Just accept your down phase and move on) 5. Celebrate Small Wins 6. Know your chronotype (when in the day you feel most energized and keep your most hard task for that time) 7. Schedule your Down Time (Take regular breaks) 8. Learn Something New (Learn something new apart from drop shipping) 9. Choose the Right Goal (Not too small nor too big) 10. So many people would quit just before they are about to win. Don't be one of those people

Can you share any information about current shipping methods? Is ePacket back yet? I've been using AjiExoress Standard shipping during the pandemic and all of a sudden some of my suppliers are delivering in ten days. What's going on with shipping? I've been holding back on FB ads because shipping was taking so long. Have the suppliers found a way to speed up shipping? Is it safe to get back to advertising? Thank you for all your help! Ben

The fear of failure was so very real for me. But when I look at my babies and remember that they are why I started, I push. Switch up my tactics and find other ways. The fear doesn't overwhelm me so much now cos I stopped comparing my site to others who are selling a similar item. And if I fail, I'll come back and tell you all so we can all learn from it lol

Hi, Alisa! 👋 When you select products using the Oberlo app, you can quickly find products that have an ePacket delivery option available using an overlay filter. Here is an article that goes through the different shipping methods you can filter by (bit.ly/3fbZ87I). The delivery time depends on the original location of the product and the final destination. It might take several days or a couple of weeks. Most products have various shipping methods available, which are explained in detail in that article. I hope that helps! 😊 -Iris

My goals are just soooo simple...I don't need millions, or even tens of thousands...I'd be happy with several grand in a month (or even less! Not greedy)....I just need to FEEL like a success, which can be a bar you set at ANY level...BUT....I just gave up on my first try...I was open about 5 months and got only 1 "mercy" sell to a friend. Clearly I need to reorganize my thoughts...I shut down the instagram, I shut the Facebook thing (costs money and didn't achieve a thing). I am paying for a shopify store that isn't running and I'm paying for accountant help because I don't know what I'm doing in that respect and figured it better to learn from the start. I've paid for two different courses...pay pay pay pay pay....so now I take a break. Not sure about how to repurpose the Shopify...but ...well...maybe I'll have a sudden amazing thought! At least I made an LLC and have an EIN number....
