Welcome to Day 10 of our Quick Fit series! Get ready to ignite your core and sculpt your upper body with a killer workout routine designed to challenge and transform you. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, all you need is a pair of light to moderate dumbbells, around 1-4 kgs, or water bottles of the same weight if you don't have dumbbells.
Our workout pattern follows the same format as previous days: 5 exercises in 5 minutes, with each exercise lasting for 45 seconds followed by a quick 15-second rest. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) format will push your limits, torch calories, and help you achieve maximum results in minimal time.
Get ready to engage your core and upper body muscles with exercises like plank rows, front presses, tricep kickbacks, unilateral sit up presses, and Russian twists with dumbbells. With the added resistance of the dumbbells or water bottles, you'll feel the burn with every rep, building strength and definition in your abs, arms, shoulders, and back.
Don't worry if you're new to strength training - our workout is suitable for all fitness levels and can be easily modified to suit your needs. Just focus on proper form and technique, and listen to your body as you push through each exercise.
