I am so happy you are having such fun with Bowie but am looking forward to the day you watch his final official videos for Blackstar and Lazarus -- It is absolutely imperative that you watch the official video releases for them because it is visually engrossing and is packed full of visual references to Bowies work both in music and film -- Masterpiece -- and even as shockingly and achingly hard it is to see him so ill he left us such a gift filled with Drama - Mysticism - Mythology and even his humor right to the very end -- When you are ready Pope

This movie was shown on TV in the later 80s, after it had come out, and as a young teen I sat in front of the TV with a tape recorder, so I could record this song from the movie onto a cassette tape. I was so ❤ when I got it recorded.😊 Memories!

The coolest cat in any camp was always Bowie! I remember as a teen how he influenced us.., there was a 'rockers camp' a 'synth camp' and a smaller 'mods camp' at the side... eyeballing each other, but Bowie transgressed all and was cool in every camp. Didn't hear this song for many years but it was a leit-motif for me and a girlfriend spending an autumn week in London around the time (87??). Keep reacting to Bowie!! Try 'Station to Station'.

I love to see your deep appreciation of Bowie, no one else can touch him. I remember sitting in the woods, in tree, singing space oddity on my own in1969 . I've been in love with his product ever since. I don't know if you have listened to any of his pre-seventies recordings, but listening to Silly boy blue, and the London boys, from Toy can leed you right back to the start of an unparalleled genius. God bless him.
