Also understand if the person abused rejects help, it is not that they really not want help, it is that their frame of mind is messed up and fear altered their mindset, or could be what they learned from upbringing. Risk helping anyway. Even if they seem to reject it at first, as they get used to freedom once life gets better, in retrospect, they will appreciate it, even if they never meet up with you to tell you their appreciation. And no, no one likes being abused. If a person goes back to abuser, it is not because they like being abused. Their self-esteem or mental state is so damaged they not realize they can live without that person. I used to think it was easy to walk away. That is....... Until it happened to me. Praise Jesus at least I was not married to those few exes.

Less women would be abused if preachers and other men held other men accountable for their actions. If people would stop viewing a woman who humbly respects herself and have humble healthy boundaries as "feminist". If the preachers speak just as much on men loving their wives as Christ loves the church as much as they love to talk about Proverbs 31 and submission. And non-believing men simply believe in true meaning of loving their women, and stop seeing them as objects for their pleasure. Men need to realize their women is from their rib and not from their foot/feet. Men need to be expected to treat women the way they want to be treated and stop misusing what it means to be the leader and head of the home, or even if not married, the guy of the relationship. But women, do not hit men. It is just as equally wrong and not less wrong. Do not call a man outside his name as you would not have him to do that to you.

I think it also starts at home. My wife and I have been married for 24 years (anniversary a couple days) most of that time (last 21 years) she was a stay at home mom who homeschooled out kids. However, she has some health issues that will always be there so I have always been very sensitive about how I speak to her and very protective when it comes to her and her needs. My point is raising 3 daughters and one son, we always gave them the example of how a woman should be treated and how a man should be treated. How a couple works together for the benefit of the family. I still want a motorcycle but it is a hard no from the wife, but I ask every year. Love her but she said I can get a car or the latest tool, but she said she will not loose me on a motorcycle, when mother speaks what can you do. Teach the lessons, this new generation needs better examples.

Understand if the person abused rejects help, it is not that they really not want help, it is that their frame of mind is messed up and fear altered their mindset, or could be what they learned from upbringing. All it takes is one abusive incident to put in enough fear to mess up their mind and cannot see straight. I used to think it was easy to walk away. That is....... Until it happened to me. Praise Jesus at least I was not married to those few exes.

@@DramatizeMe I have some feedback. Try to make your videos less confusing. They’re so confusing sometimes!
