Nta. Sue the police station and each cop individually. They made you leave your home and let some intruder stay. She is the ex and has no claims to your house. Alsonsue the ex for false arrest and slander. Oh and for occupying your house.

I was about to say this. As far as we know, they helped her steal the house. They should be tried for complicity, or whatever it's called in English, I don't have the right word. They blatantly refused to hear you, it's obvious there should have been an investigation on why they refused. It should be a matter of fact, first thing you do when you arrive, ask for legal document. When they didn't do that and arrested him on the spot, you know something's fishy.

Exactly, they can kick you out without an order of eviction, he should sue them to oblivion. Specially they kick him out without proof but not even the judge could kick her out until the second round? How does it work?

But what about the $100thousand stamps??? Did she sell them while he was evicted from his house? Or hide them, thinking she Might Not get custody of them? I do hope that this all comes up whenever someone Googles her name!

Good thing the cops in the last one pressed charges. Women want equal opportunity, so they should be responsible for their actions as we are

Animals only become savage if they are trained to be. My dad had pits and they were always the sweetest overgrown puppies who didn't know they weren't lap size. We joked they were real killers, the could really kill some biscuits and sausage gravy. I had a small cat and they would hug the wall when she went walking by. They must not have loved the dogs as much as they claimed or they wouldn't have been that way.

My better half lost a cat to pit bulls , in that story I would have sued for emotional distress over that as well as having the dogs destroyed and I would state that I believe that it was the family’s fault, not the dogs.

Ahh Smokestack. Your story reminds me of my 14 year old siamese, Dimmy. Intelligent, friendly to all comers, would greet them as they walked in the door. Ripped apart by a neighbour's dog that their kid let loose by mistake. To make it worse, that night they moved out under cover of night never to be seen again. Dog was impounded and destroyed. Warrant was put out for the neighbour's arrest. Not sure what happened after that. Dimmy buried in backyard and sorely missed to this day.

Nta. It is not the breed it is the owners. I would have put the dogs down. That could have been a child. The neighbors need to be sued. They need to pay for what they let their dogs do to the cat and to the whole neighborhood.

Smokestack story. That's heartbreaking. Coming from a family who has Pitties, the sweetest silly woofers around, those poor dogs had terrible owners, poor care, and absolutely no training. Any breed can become unsafe if abused.

Sue the cops for wrongfully removing him from his own home. They discriminated against him by refusing to even listen to him or let him prove his innocence, or remove the person who isn't on the deed. I hate how cops naturally are biased against men even in their own home. If its the mans home and she has no ownership on the property, SHE should be made to leave.

Gallstones: PD is lucky because my standing orders were, “You will run over the top of anyone that gets in your way whit the exception of the Captain and you may safely assume that he knows better than to be in your way. Therefore …” One day my partner was about 6 inches from butt stroking a man in the face before the man got out of our way. Twice I had to make kill/don’t kill decisions on people I knew. Thankfully both times it came down “don’t.”

I'm a grumpy retired law enforcement and combat soldier who basically hates humanity except for my own family but have a soft spot for animals and babies but otherwise couldn't care less about other people but even I find the Pitbull story a bit harsh.
