When I was a young boy ATTEMPTING to help my dad, he did not have NEARLY the patience you have for those sweet boys of yours. I was not hands-on so I became the "BEER RUNNER". Benefit was I was given a sip of his beer. I admire your calmness even in the midst of periodic chiaos. Your boys smile through it all and those of us that follow your family can see how much you love their involvement. You make this old man smile through it all.

❤️ seeing the boys help and learn. Even if they don’t fully remember it since they are young, they will definitely remember the great times with mom and dad and working on cool cars, boating, and all the wonderful stuff that you and Katie do for and with them. My Dad passed away 10 years ago and there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of something he (And family) taught me or something that we did. Know what I mean..

Sounds like you had it made, when I started working on cars for a living my Father would show up and say that's not how we did it on a model T. He was in his mid 40's when I was born but I really miss his stories of his adventures shuttling troops to the beaches of Normandy in the Navy. I grew up tough as a kid because he was a lieutenant in the fire dept rescue squad and when my mother was working we had to go with him when a call came in and watch them pull purple bodies out of the Chesapeake or cars with the roof sliced off at dash height from going under a semi trailer without lights. It prepared me when the kid across the street put a 9mm in his mouth and I was on 911 and giving him mouth to mouth until an ambulance showed up knowing it was too late. He was 24.

Appreciate the video as I’m in the same boat, in several ways, compressor, kids etc.. I saw that you had an earlier video replacing the condenser and saw elsewhere a tuber recommending replacement of everything, including the dryer due to metal shavings. Just curious if you’ve had or noticed any issues since? Thank you

Hey Justin 😎 I’m curious.. I grew up around cars because Dad had many businesses and Dealerships. Soo.. I was thinking.. did you learn a lot about cars and fixing stuff from your Dad and Grandpas too? Or did you learn more like OTJ, trial n’ error, etc. You’re great at soo many things!! Compliments to you brother, you’re a heck of a guy! 👍👍💪🏻💪🏻🍺🍺

Should always replace the receiver / dryer whenever the system has been opened and maybe the orifice tube. If you are that far it's good insurance.

So you spent a total of 5min of a 20min video and showed almost nothing of substance. We saw your wife play video games and kid swim longer than we saw you working. Not why I came to your video. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the family angle… but would love more details. Did you refill the 1234yf yourself? Did the shop recycle yours back in to the system? How does the PAG oil go into this sealed system?

One thing I would have also done done is replaced the accumulator and the orphous tube The accumulator in the orphous tube art of most important things In AAC system the accumulator collects any moisture And the orifice tube collects any dirt Once you open the system the accumulator in the orifice tube are no good And most places will not warranty a compressor unless you replace the orifice tube and the accumulatorAnd me as a mechanic will not fiel a as system unless those parts are replaced

You can still replace the clutch. An 8mm bolt in the center and a snap ring for the pulley. then they give you a small pack of shims to adjust the air gap when installing the new clutch on the new pulley. Belt install >> kzitem.info/news/bejne/on6F1WWvoJeWrXY

If it’s a recall shouldn’t it be free at the dealership ? The lawn guy 🙄 does your HOA make you hire a lawn service 💵
