I can see why Angus wants to continue ... He's rippin it up at his age. It's shame about Brian's hearing issue but You know Malcom, Phil and even Bon... what they all had in common was that at some point in there lives they abused drugs or alcohol OR both and unfortunately that's why Angus is still healthy and still wants to rock out and can You blame Him, Angus was the only guy that didn't abuse any drugs, He drinks tea by the gallon and smokes cigarettes(only bad habit) but the amount of cardio this Man gets almost every night when there on tour I could see that might cancel out the harm from the smokes and also tea( the amount he drank and probably still does) has tons of anti-oxidants. So let that be a lesson to all of you, better to drink your natural herbs and drink your milk and stay away from the hard narcotics and the booze and thats why Angus IS AC/DC!

I'm a few years late, but I agree with what your saying. I'm a 13 year old that recently discovered AC/DC, and I realized that I've been missing good music. To me personally, AC/DC was mainly Angus and Malcolm, but now we only have Angus. I've been so inspired by this band. Rest in peace, Malcolm Young.

Pretty clear Brian was having problems following the music. It had to be killing him since even though the fans still cheered, he knew it wasn't up to what he was capable of. Hopefully the new treatment works well and when the pandemic is over they'll be out on the road.

I’m sure Brian’s departure was nothing to do with hearing loss - more the fact that he just couldn’t do it anymore. Those are hard songs to sing, he made a rod for his own back when he recorded them back in his prime. I thought Axl did an amazing job and did hit the notes well, you could see Angus lift with Axl on stage. I feel Sorry for Brian and he’s been an amazing vocalist - and still is but touring probably isn’t his thing anymore. He could go into the studio tomorrow and record an ass kicking ACDC album but unlikely to be able to cut it on a tour night after night. I’d like to see another album with Brian but Angus has to get Phil Rudd back - Chris Slade was awful on the last tour. I loved him on the Razors Edge tour but that was clearly a long time ago...

What a trooper Brian is and I love AC/DC, but shit man it's just not looking good anymore. They had a brilliant career...now they roll out Axl Rose? What are they doing? It's OK to tip your hat and hang 'em up. Maybe Angus needs to spend his time searching the world looking for that "Next" AC/DC to save rock n roll. Much respect to this band's legacy, but at some point they need to say goodnight. If not now on the heels of Malcom falling ill and Brian no longer able to hear....then WHEN? At some point it's just gonna be a cover band with Angus as lead player.
