That was certainly serendipitous how you accidentally discovered Dr. Elaine Aron's Workshop. It was meant to be! My therapist years ago felt I might be HSP and told me about "The Highly Sensitive Book", which really resonated with me too. I've read all her books plus listened to her many podcast interviews over the years. I recently saw Jenara Nerenberg's "Divergent Mind: Thriving in a World That Wasn't Design for You", which is another enlightening book. It's a "paradigm-shifting study of neurodivergent women" who range from HSP, ADHD, autism, synesthesia, to SPD, and how architects are designing work spaces and schoolrooms that accomodate neurodivergents' sensitivities.
