A lot of people are skeptical about Royal Tiger Imports (RTI) and the military surplus they have. The reason being is that many of the milsurps on their website are from Ethiopia and in rough shape. So it is a misconception to believe that everything they have is complete trash. In this video, I accuracy test some M91 Carcano Cavalry Carbines that I got from them. These ones are directly from Italy and bot Ethiopia. The difference is in storage condition, these Carcanos straight from Italy are in a lot nicer condition.
