THE most underrated metal band of the 90's. When the kite string pops album was so raw and hard. Then they do Pagan Terrorism Tactics and you could really hear the music and the song writing maturing. That album could have made them worldwide rockstars. And it wasn't t just the bassist dying that ended them, common band and industry bullshit along with dax wanting to be a solo artist. And just a reminder Mr. Riggs, your most shining moment ever in music will always be frontman for Acid Bath!

@Ezra X Mullins they were actually wanting to do a reunion (Sammy, Jimmy, Mike Sanchez) but Dax did not want to participate. Jimmy Kyle apparently was messaging Corey Taylor from Slipknot (huh???) about doing vocals because Dax wasn't interested. There's got to be better options. But yeah, I would be happy with even that. Dax is a hippie.

@ 42:23 (or close to it) the "I have fallen deep in love with the sky!" lyric reminds me of whenever me and my close friends would eat some good Shrooms and would be tripping balls at night time. We'd always say shit like "DAMN! LOOK AT THE SKY!" It was ALWAYS the sky that would have the weirdest and most gnarly visuals and where you'd see the coolest shit! I remember always seeing huge Egyptian like Pyramids and how they'd have some ancient like writings/symbols and just wild looking stuff on them and I'd also always see the 12 signs of the Zodiac revolving around the sky... It felt extremely important like that's what was behind the "energy" and vibrational frequencies that ties in the solar system and the earth. I'm sure I'm not explaining myself as clearly as I'd like to but that's the best I can do lol. Two girls I was with tripping one night with looked over at me and they both almost simultaneously said at the same time "Josh you look like a fucking Egyptian Pharaoh!" LOL! When two or more people are tripping together at the same time they 9 out of 10 times will see the same exact things! This is why I totally believe in the power of natural psychedelics such as Magik Mushrooms and even Mescaline, DMT, etc . Mother Nature grew these plants/mushrooms, etc out of the ground for good reasons. I see why the Native Americans referred to these natural psychedelics as "gifts from the Gods". You also have extremely deep spiritual awakening type experiences that will wake up the most devout Atheists. Sorry for the long and wild psychedelics rant but when I hear Dax Riggs scream "I have fallen in love with the sky!", I automatically start having flashbacks (pun intended lol) to those fun and enlightening nights and experiences! Please feel free to share your experiences and/or thoughts on psychedelics (natural or not) here. I love getting other people's opinions and whatnot about this cool topic. Especially when it comes to fellow Acid Bath fans! 😏🤠☠️💀🤘🏼🤘🏼

Acid Bath is never going to reunite, they broke up after Audie was killed.. I haven't followed any of the other members, but Dax has put out a ton of other work since Acid Bath, you should check out that stuff. Some of it has been released under Agents of Oblivion, Deadboy & The Elephantmen, Dax Riggs and the Twitches.... and he's also released a couple of albums under just his own name (most songs that can be found under Dax Riggs and the Twitches were redone and included on his solo albums).

@@CodyIgor hold on now, that's all that dickhead from Rotten Records. Dax ain't a shame of his past, I've met the man. He just has moved on, and as much as I love everything Acid Bath ever did, Audie was an integral part of it. And, as others have stated, Dax doubts he could even do vocals the way he used to. His other projects are all pretty great though imo. It may not be metal but I'll be goddamned if they aren't pretty dark and downright disturbing at times. I do wish he'd do the reunion/tribute but I really respect his decision.
