The drums took a little longer than anticipated :P
Unfortunately, something about the scale feels off. It might just be Minecraft's POV, but the other instruments now seem quite small, which is strange because they felt gigantic before I built the drums. It was difficult to figure out the scale of the drums when I was building them, and impossible to change the scale once I was done. In the end, I think it's fine, but perhaps the drums are a little big.
Speaking of scale, as expected, moving the drums up and down is very CPU intensive and quite the ask for my older computer. When trying to move the bass curve and the drums simultaneously for this video, the game couldn't even load the world, which is why they are already in place at the start. I might be able to record the final video on a better computer, but I'm not sure if that would solve the problem. I'm really struggling to find solutions. I've crashed Minecraft around 50 times and lost hours of work while trying to make the drums move :/
Recently I've been feeling burnt out about working on this project, it feels more like work than the fun it used to be. Maye starting to build the last 2 instruments will be a nice restart for me. I do want to finish this project as I'm too far to quit, but don't be surprised if there's another two month gap between this upload and the next.
Thank you for reading, I really appreciate it :)
