Here is the cost breakdown I promised in the video: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
I converted my acoustic Ludwig Breakbeats kit into an electronic drum kit! It was a DIY effort, but I absolutely couldn't have done it without watching many videos from Justin over at 65 Drums and Luke with The eDrum Workshop, huge shout to those guys.
In this video I'll walk you through many of the decisions that I made as I built the kit and why I made them. We're talking mesh heads, drum triggers, the edrumin interface and why I went with that over a drum module, pricing, and more. I'd love to keep the conversation going about this, and I'm sure there are things I overlooked, so please hit me up in the comments.
If you're having any trouble with your hand or foot technique, I've got some courses for you over at TempoLeague.com:
▶ Improve your hand technique - tempoleague.com/better-hands-...
▶ Improve your foot technique - tempoleague.com/better-feet-c...
Happy drumming!
