In this lesson:
One of the most overlooked aspects of a tape for film+tv is the physical life of the character, the behaviour. The way that your character does things, what they do and how they do them, conveys emotional information to the audience much more honestly than trying to use your face and voice to "indicate" feelings. We review a selection of examples from student work, and break down a short script for examples of possible activity-that-tells-the-story.
