I have been exercising with you since September. Sept. 20th I measured myself, then again today...15.25 inches!! At first, just you, then I bought a vibration plate, and combine the two. I have so much more energy. I absolutely love you!! And thank you for being so positive.

What kind words! Thank you! The last time I measured I had lost 15 inches, so you beat me there!! I fell off the wagon after Thanksgiving going back and forth between 233 and 234, I thought it was never going to move. But this past week 12/27 I lost 3 pounds, woohoo!! So now I’m motivated again. My coach has got me through this last month without letting me get down on myself, her name is Abby and she’s great! She would always find something good for me to focus on. One week it was that I buckled my seatbelt without lifting my big ole butt up, just clicked it! I’m glad you’re exercising with me. After the new year let’s try to get on some kind of schedule together. I think that would help me stay on track!

Imi I was 119 kg I am now 70kg and so well toned I do this and other videos every night so my stomach nearly flat thank you I love you so much I can't skip any nights thank you for such a great help ❤❤❤❤😂

Iv just discovered you and I'm so glad I did. Your routines are so gentle and uplifting. Im hoping you could post a video on how to deal with shoulder pain due to ligament injury. Both my shoulders were 'floxed' by a course of ofloxacin and it's been two years and I'm still not pain free. Thanks again for these great videos. ❤️

Look for LLL therapy. The best machine out there is MLS Laser and is ‘usually’ used by chiropractors. See if there is one in your area. Saved me from having torn rotator cuff surgery. I’m pain free still 6 years later

I just started a week ago and I noticed that I lost 1.5kg already .I regret that I did not take picture because I don't believe that this simple exercise will work but,now 100 % believe that this surely works....Now I will continue till I get old.Thank you very much...

I ❤ THIS VIDEO! I have so stiff all my life and bcause of u my body loosening up and pain gone. Arm exercises were hard for me but not now. Thx to u my i can feel my hips rotating as i walk, effortless straight posture and strength in my legs. U r awesome! ❤🎉😊

Thanks Imi👌🇺🇸 had nerves burned out of upper back and neck to try and alleviate pain. However, it didn’t do the job for me! I can do your great video with lots of pain but the point is, it’s good for me and YOU make it enjoyable!✌️ from grandma in Tampa😎✌️

HiI Imi , u r amazing. These exercises are better then any medication. I am suffering with pain in my neck for approximately 2 and a half years since a motor car accident. 53 years.. After not exercising for years I briefly on off worked out last year so unfit. Then January I started regular exercising feel fitter but I find doi g these exercises work way better. But not stressful. Thank you x

Im working out with u for the last few months. Also walking and yoga. I have lost very little weight. But i do feel like my body is tightening up somehow. Especially my thighs. Would love to see the same thing in my arms!

This particular routine is making my head reel and also hurting my knees just a bit although i have kept them loose. What am i doing wrong and should i continue this? Earlier i couldnt do some of the massages u recommended bcoz of other health issues. So just wondering...
