All of the news is a lie and a cover-up of the absolute truth. Haven’t you seen the videos where they repeat the same lines written by somebody for that every newscaster across the country to read the same script? Nine news said the Chemtrails in the sky weren’t even real! These people never speak the truth because the program directors in the newsroom are freemasons and Satanists and they help control society for the secret societies. The news is garbage. I just watch it for the headlines but do you think you’re actually going to be told the deeper truth is absurd.

The police officer was using a technique (primarily a pleasure seeking technique) used by hunting animals (e.g. wolves) to get prey animals (like bulls) get into panic. It has been known to work very well on humans. Basically you hound a person (like wolves) until panic sets in and then wait for the animal/person to react adversely. Predatory people are known to seek pleasure through such techniques.

Why are the police blurred out.
@ec-qe6kq
5 жыл бұрын
It wasn't because he was black. The cop thought he was a homeless man hanging behind an apartment and wanted to harass him and maybe get a drug bust. I've watched the video several times, the police were out of line and had no legal authority to approach him and demand Id and detain him, however it was NOT a racial thing and I'm kind of surprised the race card is being pulled here. Sort of lost respect for the dude. Btw when he walked away after the officer told him he was detained, he could have been legally arrested and tezed so he's just lucky the building supervisor or whoever showed up and corroborated his story
@ec-qe6kq
5 жыл бұрын
@I'm just a dog true and agree. However, when told you are detained and you still walk away and wave a metal object around, you can be shot and he got out of this by pure luck. There officer could have *legally* detained him under suspicion that he might be trying to break into the building, that would be a *legal* detainment that also would have ended without IDing the guy and having to let him go, so the guy really risked his safety by walking when told he was detained. You stand still, don't ID, ask for a supervisor, then get let go and Sue the fuckers for a thousand bucks a minute. Don't walk away and point metal objects at them that's how you get beat up or killed
@ec-qe6kq
5 жыл бұрын
@I'm just a dog you can detain for 20 minutes for any suspicion. Would not give right to id, but he could have been detained because he was lurking around the outside of a building and couldn't produce the address when asked. It's not the best reason to detain somebody, but the supreme Court allows the cop 20 minutes for an investigatory detention
@ec-qe6kq
5 жыл бұрын
The officer resigned because he escalated the situation to an unreasonable level of danger for the suspect and himself an falsely required under these of arrest the suspect to produce ID, as well as refusing to let the suspect buzz himself into the building to prove he lived there. We're arguing different points. I'm arguing that the suspect also put himself in danger by walking away when he was told he was detained, and that additionally the officer could have legally detained him for 20 minutes on suspicion that the person is about to commit burgelery, which a Court would have supported, and that when the suspect left and refused to allow himself to be detained he could have gotten beat up or worse by these cops and was only saved by the building manager coming out and corroborating his story while another student filmed him. The cop wouldn't have been able to do much with an investigatory detention, however it would have been viewed as lawful by a Court. The detention would have ended the second the suspect offered to buzz himself into the building, but the officer did have enough for an investigatory detention at initial contact
@ec-qe6kq
4 жыл бұрын
@I'm just a dog lurking around a building can be cause to detain for suspicion of committing a burglary. I don't know what kind of world you think we live in, but if there's people lurking around my property I'd be happy the cops came and checked them out. However that reasonable suspicion is busted when the guy says he lives there. Either way this wasn't a race thing. He didn't even look black
@ec-qe6kq
4 жыл бұрын
@I'm just a dog your wrong! It's called an investigative detention! A cop, who in good faith, and with reasonable suspicion of a crime, can detain you for up to 20 minutes to investigate that crime, and you are not allowed to leave during that time! He saw a guy, possibly snooping around on private property, and asked him if he lived there and the guy couldn't tell him the address when asked. That's enough to detain the guy, look around to see if there's been windows creeped out people, whatever. I'm the end he would have to let the guy go, however you are absolutely wrong that legal authority doesn't exist to detain him. You're splitting hairs because your want a world where you never have to talk to cops. It's not gonna happen. Learn the law, record the police, and learn that if a cop says you're detained and you try to leave that now have permission to use overwhelming force on you and you're gonna get beat up, and it's your fault. Honestly it's sad that they don't teach this stuff in high school

The officer had no RAS of a crime, and therefore no authority to make any demands. The student never had to comply with anything, or tell the cop anything. That being said? The student properly identified himself, provided proof of his right to be there, and even offered to open the door using a key with his name and picture on it, all in the first 66 seconds of conversation. The officer broke multiple laws, violated two department policies, and violated the 4th Amendment twice, all in less than 10 minutes.
