Averaged over 15000 steps per day this week, did 5 workouts and cycled 50 kilometers, making this my most active week so far. Also had a big weight drop and waist reduction. This week's main talking point is how much activity it takes to burn a certain amount of extra calories, how too much activity can increase your appetite and how willpower is a limited resource.
