I have synovitis of my ankle and toes so I frequently suffer from stiffness often. I did notice my toes tingled for a bit but once it was over I thought my toes stopped hurting. Thanks!

Thank you for watching my video and for sharing your experience. I'm glad to hear that the exercises may have provided some relief. While I can't offer specific medical advice online, I encourage you to continue following the general practices demonstrated, as long as they bring you comfort and don't exacerbate any pain. Synovitis can certainly cause stiffness, and gentle, non-painful stimulation of the Bafeng points might help to alleviate discomfort. If the tingling persists or if you experience any increase in pain, it would be best to consult a healthcare professional. Stay in tune with your body's responses and take care!

Hello @sanatkumar553, thank you for watching the video and for your question. Unfortunately, I cannot provide specific advice or acupuncture points for individual cases without performing a physical examination. It is essential to consult with a licensed acupuncturist or healthcare provider who can assess your condition in detail and recommend a personalized treatment plan. Your healthcare provider can discuss the best approach for managing your condition. Best regards, Dr. Brian Abelson, DC

Tis Irish Bob saying hello Brian Interesting segment, and information my son. Are there other pressure points in case this isn't too effective Lately I've noticed the insteps and toes are rather painful. The effect is more pronounced if I am wearing footwear. Sometimes it is because I tie the shoes a bit snug but mainly a let them a bit loose. Your thoughts my son, as X-Rays show no damage. Irish Bob😇🤗😎🍀☘️🇮🇪🇨🇵🦾🩺🥂
