@@jkrasz the motor mounts on my car are really bad and I need to replace them. I want to know how many motor mounts do I need for the car and is it really easy to do it yourself and are there pictures that you could probably show me that I could guide me to find them on my car

I would start by just replacing the one on the side of the engine that seems to make the biggest difference and it's fairly easy . After that it's harder to decide if the work is worth while

My TL makes a clunk noise when it shifts into reverse and when it up shifts in one of the gears. Just wondering if yours had a similar feel? I noticed the engine mount you swapped out is cracked on mine.

Did you have to jack the engine up to remove the mount?

Esteban Alvarenga not for passenger side one . If you want to replace the in the front of the car you will have to raise the engine

Great job! I have the Honda version of this car, they call it the accord (2004). They should have named it the colossal piece of shit. I perpetually replace motor mounts, lower control arms and rear brakes. Timing belts are $1k a pop, they’re famous for leaky power steering o rings and failed pumps, leaky valve cover gaskets require removal of the entire upper engine and let’s not forget about the notorious transmission problems these things have. And what’s up with adjustable valves in this day in age?! I Freakin hate the 7th gen Accords! I’m done with Honda’s!

Genuine Acura parts should last. Aftermarket parts of almost every kind will not. The leaky power steering pump seal can and does seep for hundreds of thousands of miles but isn’t going to result in any measurable loss of fluid and if it does it’ll be closer to the 300k mile mark. Valve cover gaskets on most engines will seep over time, again, usually sooner with aftermarket parts. If you have perpetual problems with genuine Acura parts then I’d start questioning the installer’s skill.
