Adam: You're amazing. Love all your movies and shows PLEASE: Go to therapy to unpack your aging fears and coping mechanisms (bit unhealthy-eating/drinking). You have to face your declining lower half and what that means/looks like for your future. If you don't and something unfortunate happens (i.e. you become wheelchair bound) it could be a huge hit to your mental health. Therapy is equally as important when you think everything is fine and you're well adjusted as when shit hits the fan. It will give you tools to manage life when shit goes wrong. Because it does go wrong. You'll be able to utilize those tools and cope better than you would have without having gone. (Making healing from traumatic/stressful stuff smoother). Many times without those tools we heal much slower sometimes causing us more harm/pain.

the weird thing about this podcast is it seems so therapeutic for the people on it. i think damn, i'd love to be on this, but no one wants to listen to a non-performer dudes thoughts. and then i think, oh. i should be in therapy. and really in the end, it's a great thing that this podcast made me think that.

@adamstickelbault
Жыл бұрын
I debated with myself about whether or not this was important enough to ask and despite coming to the conclusion that It would not make any difference whether or not this is an error but it is bothering me so someone please help me here: At 40:14 shouldn't the BLOCK read "SHITS OUT A ROPE", to be grammatically correct? On the other hand, considering this show's host has had some experience being a PROFESSIONAL WRITER, if it needed to be correction they would have caught it before publishing the video. FML, Does anyone have the discount code for Better Help, discount code: Neal or Blocks, maybe ? I am starting to think I should seriously consider seeking professional help if this is affecting my mental health to the extent of having a conversation with myself out loud, on my own comment.
