Yeah especially people that get lessons at a very young age and have access to all the technology and equipment. I'd say there are odds are pretty good at getting proficient at something. This isn't just natural it's opportunity

Andi Dufresne I don’t think he did that on purpose, I think like many other professions he doesn’t think about it too much, just plays on natural talent, letting his coach do the analysis

It is all about basics but the key is spine angle and rotating around the spine, imagine the club was attached to a pole representing the spine if that pole moves just a little bit it affects the whole swing, I think when we think about weight transfer we tend to sway a little bit to the right, but the weight will transfer all it needs to just by our rotation. Line up with your spine over a line perpendicular to the target line with an alignment stick, now make your swing if your spine moves to the right of that line you don’t get that stretch of the muscles that creates tons of speed with out moving too much. Now if you keep your spine over that line you should feel the stretch, now you have to work on moving you body in the right way to be able to clear your hips and keep your spine centered, but once you get it it gets easier and easier. Feel that left arm rotate around your spine (your spine is tilted so it will rotate up don’t lift up with your arms) you’ll feel that stretch and it’ll be like a rubber band and just snap back around when you clear your hips. Keep that arm straight by thinking of the left shoulder rotating under your chin, don’t worry about getting the hands to a certain position they’re connected to your arms so they will go where the shoulder goes.

This is glorious, been searching for "how far down should a golf club shaft be?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Reyuhaffad Underlying Recognition - (do a google search ) ? It is a great exclusive guide for discovering how to revealing an effortless golf swing technique without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.

From a layman's perspective, Adam has one of the simplest swings in the game. As he did mention, rhythm is essential and his is sublime. Thanks for this look into a great swing.

I saw him at Augusta last year talking to Ricky Fowler on the range about rocking the old school pants. They had a good laugh about it. One of my favorite swings to watch and emulate. Too bad he hasn't won more, but he has always had putting issues. One of the announcers said, would your rather have his swing, or his looks. Pretty funny since most women love this guy regardless if they like golf or not.

I could be reading into this WAY too much but it seemed he didn’t want to think about the steps in his swing because he didn’t want them bouncing around in his head. I only say this because it destroyed what little game I had until I stopping thinking and started just playing. Now I’m regularly breaking 100😂😂😂

@I Army "a dangerous place to be when your coach knows more than you". That is such a dumb line of logic. -_- Because it's like...no shit a coach would know more than a player?!?! A player only has so much information to go off of until he has a second pair of eyes that will be able to fix any faults of his/hers. Also taking into account that those are "faults" that they either start with or will develop later on in their career. Each player is going to be very different in how they explain their understanding of their own swing as well. Also, a PGA player NEVER stops learning. So having said that, it's incredibly ignorant for someone like yourself to think that a player like Adam Scott, should be able to articulate his words as well as a PGA qualified golf coach. Especially when it comes to understanding the biomechanics of a golf swing.
