1 liter of milk.
1 lemon
Squeeze lemon juice.
1 tablespoon salt.
3 eggs.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Heat the milk.
Mix well.
You can add your favorite spices, we added Italian herbs.
When foam begins to form and the milk is almost boiling, add lemon juice.
The milk immediately begins to curdle.
Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and leave for 20 minutes.
Strain through cheesecloth and colander.
Wait until the water drains completely.
The serum is very useful, you can make pancakes or drink it😋
Place the mixture into the cheese pan.
Place a press on top for 2 hours.
Then put in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
