Hello Parag. Thank you for sharing this great video. I don't know if you can help me with this. I just recently started exploring Omnichannel and Copilot Studio and I have a question regarding the use voice channel, but only with voice technology in the copilot studio bot as well. I have been reading the Microsoft documentations, but still have some questions about the recoding features out of the box: - Copilot does transcripts of the sessions, but does it also allow for audio recording? - If not, by integrating the bot with the Omnichannel, when enabling the transcript and recording, in the Customer Service Admin Center, will this also allow me to record the interaction with the bot, before the transfer to the agent in the Omnichannel? Or will there be a need for different solution to record the audio from the bot interaction, possible some sort of customization/configuration connected to the communication operators?

The copilot studio solution is simple to configure. You can use the pre configured voice template within copilot studio so that your topics are already set up and configuration is optimized for Voice. This video uses omni channel for agent hand off so you need to have omni channel account.
