1tsp salt
250g of plain yogurt
80ml oil
hot water
note: keep the rotis warm, locked in a bowl and wrapped in a clean kitchen towel.
humidity will help rotis to stay tender for a long time.
you can also add 1/2 tbsp of sugar to balance the taste and give them a nice coloring when cooking
