In this video I am going to be wiring up a shop vac wall switch to add to an extension lead to make turning the dust extractor on and off much easier. I used to have to reach into the corner of the workshop to turn the shop vac on and off. With the addition of this switch this is no longer necessary. I wired this to an extension lead, rather than the shop vac itself, to allow me to still unplug it and use it outside of the workshop.
